A foundational measure that plays a key role in the success of clean transportation. In this regard, the country's first three-megawatt electric vehicle charging station has been launched in Arak; a unique facility whose high technical capacity enables the simultaneous charging of 15 electric buses and increases fleet efficiency, reduces vehicle downtime, and improves service delivery to citizens. The launch of this powerful station not only meets the current needs of the city's electric transport fleet, but also, with a future-oriented outlook, provides the necessary infrastructure for further expansion of buses and electric vehicles in the years ahead, turning Arak into one of the country's reference cities in the field of electric charging infrastructure. This initiative reflects the smart approach of Arak Municipality alongside the modernization of the public transport fleet; an approach that, by relying on the simultaneous development of a clean fleet and supporting infrastructure, has paved the way toward a low-carbon, calm, healthy, and sustainable city and has established Arak's position as a leading city in the country's clean transportation sector.
