According to the Communications and International Affairs Department of Arak Metropolitan Municipality, in line with synergy and exchange of experiences in the field of urban management, the administrative and financial deputy of Saveh Municipality visited the Planning and Human Capital Development Deputy of Arak Municipality.
In this meeting, which was held with the aim of reviewing the challenges and opportunities ahead for urban management and human capital development, the two sides, while discussing innovative urban management solutions, emphasized the need to share successful experiences in these two key areas.
At this session, managers from Arak Municipality's planning department, by explaining modern financial processes and budgeting systems (including the active systems in Arak Municipality), exchanged views on models of "sustainable revenue" and stressed the importance of moving toward self-sufficiency and reducing dependence on unstable revenues.
Also, in another part of this discussion, topics related to "employee rights and benefits," incentive systems, and improving employees' living conditions were reviewed. In this regard, the models used in Arak Municipality to increase human resource productivity and standardize job descriptions were explained so that, by localizing experiences, a step could be taken toward improving job satisfaction among employees in both organizations.
At the end of the meeting, the two sides expressed their satisfaction with this constructive interaction and emphasized the continuation of bilateral communications and the holding of more specialized meetings to advance urban development goals and solve common challenges in administrative and financial areas.
